Blah Blah Blah

Unfortunately, I have had absolutely no time to write anything lately, but that will be changing. According to my mother in law, I have fallen off the wagon...the blogwagon, that is. I am officially unemployed, just a student now. That is very exciting for me, maybe not so much for my husband, but hopefully it will pay off in the end. Speaking of my mother in law, I finally met her! After talking on the phone for months and marrying her oldest son, she drove 10 hours with her mother and daughter from New Jersey to spend time with us. It's great! Her mom is interesting...in a crazy old lady kinda way...but she's fun. And according to Nick, his sister isn't quite herself due to the fact she's got some sort of virus. Apparently when she is in good health she talks non-stop...now she's just sleeping all the time. Poor girl. Hopefully she recovers soon, I'd love to get a chance to see the real Samantha... And then there's Karen, I don't even know what to say about that one. After she stopped freaking out about being called "Grandma", because she's not that old, she just fell right into the role. Mason loves her so much, how could he not. I mean, I already knew we'd get along great because we are like the same person, just 20 years apart. It's such a great feeling having a real family around. They came in a night early because of an ice storm in Jersey so they had to stay the night with Nick and I, and I am so glad they did. Our families meshed togeather beautifully. I can't even explain how it makes me feel seeing my son spending time with his Grandmom, Great Grandmom and Aunt. He was so happy, he was cuddling with Karen and her mom, he is in love with his new family. I guess I just never thought I'd be able to give him all of this. It's awesome, I can't wait to meet everyone else.

Okay, updates on the baby: My cysts are almost completely gone and I am released back to normal activity. I am in my 12th week now, this is the last week in my 1st trimester and I am starting to feel a little better. I got another sonogram picture and it looks like I am having an alien. Really, I'll put the picture on here, I'm not joking....and ALIEN! But everything is healthy and looking good. Looks like this time I'm really having a baby! It's finally starting to sink in, Nick and I are having a baby!
ALIEN:
Alright, everything is up to date, hopefully I'll be able to keep up with this now that I have some extra time. I'm going to go spend some time with my family now. P-P-P-P-PEACE!
